QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    ·Business Management/Economics or Finance Graduate from a reputed University

    ·Having work experience in a similar field for at least 5 years

    ·Experience in Marketing is of added value

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·New Business Opportunities

    ·Research, leverage network and build relationships with new/potentialclients, and the decision makers within the client organization and turn this into increased business

    ·Present an image that mirrors the client's needs, concerns, objectives and Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    ·Client Retention.

    ·Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

    ·Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

    ·Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

    ·Business Development Planning.

    ·Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

    ·Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

    ·Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

    ·Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

    ·Management and Research

    ·Managing company and client expectations though planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

    ·Responsible for heading up the company's expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.

    ·To lead, manage and continuously develop business relevant best practices to ensure efficient and quality services to clients.

    ·Implement Market Research to collect accurate data indicative of existing operational performance, competitors' performance, new market trends, and new market opportunities.

    ·To perform any other duties required by the business.
