• B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Computer skills.
• Minimum three years 'experience in related fields
• Exemption from Military Service.



1. To assist in managing and supervising the implementation of Company’s HR policy.
2. To assist in conducting new hiring interviews with the assistance of Department Heads.
3. To assist in administering and organizing annual evaluations, annual leaves, local leaves, sick reports and all other documents related to personnel matters.
4. To receive the employee's claims according to the grievance procedure as stated in the HR manual.
5. Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or Regulations as regards recruitment
6. Has good communication with the related government departments and maintain good relation with them.
7. Manage payroll processes to ensure that employees are paid correctly according to their contractual entitlements.
8. To assist in administering staff remuneration and benefit mechanism, performance appraisal system, Employee satisfaction scheme, medical schemes and development activities of the Company.
9. To organize workers and staff transportation.
10. Authority: stop any unsafe acts or conditions/issues or operations/processes
11. Plan and maintain policies and procedures related to HSE
12. To perform other roles as shall be assigned by HR Manager

Minimum requirement
Qualification B.Sc
Experience 3 Year
Age from 23 to 28
Sex Males or Females
