Managing the overall budgeting and planning process in the company, acting as the amalgamator across all departments and functions, ensuring credible and timely submission and dissemination.

This position will also support performance management reporting as well as business development activities in the company aimed at improving performance in a sustainable manner.


Minimum Qualifications & Experien

    ·A Commerce / Accounts Graduate from a reputed University.

    ·An experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar position or in the areas of budgeting and planning

    ·Good experience in the areas of Management Accounting/ financial reporting/ budgeting/ costing.

    ·Certification in CMA or partial certification or enrolment in ACCA is of added value


    ·In coordination with the Financial Manager and HoDs, prepare the company's business plan and necessary budget forecasts, confirming that they are internally consistent and accurately reflect the agreed assumptions.

    ·Challenge all stakeholders on their input to the business plan and budget & suggest suitable amendments in the budget to the General Manager and Heads of Departments based on those challenges.

    ·Consolidate the data for budget presentation and also provide an overview of the financial status of all the company's operations.

    ·Monitor actual results against the budget, analysing actual results to budgets and forecasts throughout the year.

    ·Submit budget reports to the General Manager with appropriate analysis to facilitate decision-making.

    ·Assist in projecting future financial needs, taking into consideration the various company activities. Prepare financial input for new initiatives.

    ·Support Heads of Departments to undertake proper financial planning and decision making by providing financial analysis related to all departments on a periodical basis and prepare necessary analytical reports.

    ·Ensure that systems are in place to provide fit for purpose Performance Management for all departments in the Company

    ·Support the GM in setting KPIs and performance appraisal process for all departments of the company.
