Manage all non managerial recruitment, support on identifying and developing acquisition channels, support on managerial recruitments, and support on employer branding activities at local level


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Academic and professional qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in management, , or any related field..


2-3 years experience in HR role or recruitment

Key Accountabilities


·Creating pool of candidates

·Identify and utilize effective recruitment channels

·Short listing CVs

·Interviewing candidates

·Manage Assessment practices and procedure

·Develop and report on recruitment tracker tool – from requisition to hire (utilize e-recruitment site)


·Stakeholder management at local and HRSS level

·Understand the business and priorities based on needs

·Act commercially by identifying effective sourcing channels

·Plan and utilize resources for effective recruitment

·Collaborate with line managers and engage them on recruitment process

·Provide clear leadership by demonstrating understanding of business trends and needs


·Manage the e recruitment site and ensure compliance on selection process

·Manage the full cycle of non managers recruitment

·Support on managerial recruitments and


·Build strong relationship with all stakeholders mainly line managers, HRBP, HRSS and TAM

·Build effective working relationship with service providers, i.e. recruitment agencies, job boards

·Leverage relationships with external institutions / universities to access top local talent


·Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels and talent pools

Other Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·Written and verbal fluency in English

·Computer literacy (Windows Office package)

·Ability to engage, inspire and influence people

·Team player

·Customer service orientation

·Ability to develop clear plans from strategy

·Eager to deliver results

·Basic Project management skills
