Heavy Equipment’s Sales Managers are responsible for organizing a team of sales people and devising strategies for the team to use to maximize sales and customer loyalty

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Academic and professional qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in management, production, or any related field..

Experience:

oMinimum 10 years’ experience in Heavy Equipment’s Sales.

Duties:-

    ·Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

    ·Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

    ·Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

    ·Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

    ·Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

    ·Servicing the needs of your existing customers

    ·Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

    ·Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

    ·Recruiting and training sales staff

    ·Allocating areas to sales representatives

    ·Developing sales strategies and setting targets

    ·Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

    ·Compiling and analyzing sales figures

    ·Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

    ·Collecting customer feedback and market research

    ·Review monthly the best monitoring sales report with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.

    ·Reporting to senior managers

    ·Keeping up to date with products and competitors
