Objective

To ensure adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with the inventory cycles and the company policies, the warehousing team is efficiently led, and all company requirements from the warehouses are provided..

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Academic and professional qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in management, production, or any related field..

Experience:

·6-8 years relevant experience in Warehousing including at least 3 years in Managerial Level. OR

·4-6 years relevant experience in Oil Warehousing including at least 2 years in Managerial Level..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

    ·Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Warehouse Section activity is carried out in an efficient and procedural compliant manner

    ·Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

    ·Supervises the day-to-day operations of Warehouse Section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

    ·Coordinate and supervise the generating of the daily warehouse’s stock &movements reports to ensure the time keeping for all the warehouse & store staff.

    ·Maintaining the inventory record accuracy up to the company standard to ensure that the received materials, finished goods and service are made upon effective acceptance process.

    ·Develop effective documentation system to ensure that the documents, records and books are kept updated, and the audit done smoothly.

·Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Reporting

·Prepare reports timely and accurately to company and department requirements, policies and standards

Health, Safety & Environment

·Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
